My full name is Maya Elizabeth Patron and I was born on December 4, 2007 at 5:29 PM. I was born at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona and was 9lbs even and 20.1 inches long at birth.

I was delivered by C-section by Dr. Christine Brass-Jones of True harmony and Wellness Center.

My eyes were grey at birth and my hair was dark brown.
